Lennon Silvers Lee is known for his innovative approach to omakase. His career is marked by a commitment to merging tradition with slight innovation. Chef Lee’s dedication to mastering the techniques of his craft, paired with his relentless pursuit of unique flavors and ingredients, lead him to a unique culinary style where he gets to showcase his work 5 nights a week side by side with a hand-picked team as they put on a culinary performance.

With a deep-rooted passion for tradition, Chef Lee embarked on a culinary journey that led him to Santa Barbara. At just 27 years old, he earned a Michelin Star as Executive Chef at SushiBar Montecito. Building on that success, he opened his own establishment, Silvers Omakase, which was awarded a Michelin Star for 2025 after just over a year in operation.  Chef Lee is excited to continue his culinary journey at Silvers Omakase, located in the heart of the Funk Zone in downtown Santa Barbara.
